Early WrestleMania 43 talks reportedly include Oba Femi vs Roman Reigns

[Northern Squid]

Early creative discussions for WrestleMania 43 reportedly include two huge singles matches. Fightful reports that WrestleVotes said on Fightful Select's WrestleVotes Radio that Oba Femi against Roman Reigns and CM Punk against Cody Rhodes are being discussed. WrestleMania 43 takes place in April 2027

It is important to stress that these are directions under discussion, not confirmed matches. Plans for WrestleMania often change many times before the event, especially this far out. Injuries, storylines and other factors can all change the picture

There is also said to be a wish to feature Rhea Ripley prominently on the card, depending on her health. She is one of the most popular stars in WWE, so that would make sense for the biggest show of the year

Oba Femi against Roman Reigns would be fascinating. We have discussed Femi's rise several times, including his rejection of Paul Heyman on Raw recently. A clash with Reigns would be the ultimate test of whether he is ready for the very top of WWE

Punk against Rhodes has been teased for a while and would be a natural main event. Both men are among the best talkers and performers in the company. Whatever happens, these early plans suggest WWE is thinking big

Which of these matches would you rather see? And is Oba Femi ready for Roman Reigns?
