Tech people love turning comfort into a gear rabbit hole. Premium keyboards, ergonomic chairs, standing desks and monitor arms can absolutely make long work sessions better, but the productivity claims can get silly. A comfortable setup matters if you spend all day coding or researching, yet there is a big difference between reducing pain and pretending a fancy keyboard will magically improve discipline
