Anyone else find it hard to know what is actually true anymore? - your experience

This has been developing and I wanted a proper take on it.

Real answers from people here are usually more useful than search results.

Even short answers are useful, especially if you have actually tested this yourself.

I find the most useful answers are always the ones that come with a specific situation rather than a general rule.

Any thoughts welcome.

I would push back on that slightly. The amount of time people spend on complicated fixes when the answer is usually a startup item is remarkable.
