For me it has to be "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves. It is basically impossible to hear that song and not imagine bright weather, a road trip, and having absolutely no plans for the day.

Not the deepest song ever written, but sometimes summer music is about the feeling rather than the lyrics.
