Site Speed - Anyone Else Noticing It Being Slow This Week??

Might just be me but the forum has felt notably slower than usual over the past few days. Pages taking a few seconds longer to load, occasional timeouts on posting. Could be my connection, could be higher traffic from new members, could be something on the server side.

Anyone else experiencing this or is it local to me? And for the mods: is there anything underway on the infrastructure side that might explain it?

Yes, noticing it too. Particularly on the longer threads in the AI board which have been very active this week

Seems fine from my end. Could be regional or time-of-day dependent

The quantum and AI boards have had a lot of new activity this week which could be contributing if there are caching issues with high-read threads

I had two post timeouts on Wednesday evening but nothing since. May have been a brief issue.

Worth the mods checking server logs for the Wednesday evening window. If multiple users experienced the same issue at the same time that suggests something server-side

Fine for me on mobile, slightly slower on desktop browser. Could be a specific asset that is slow to load rather than the whole server
