Factions work best when they give wrestlers identity, direction, and storylines that can run across several shows. WWE has been leaning into groups like Fatal Influence, while AEW has often used stables as a core part of its storytelling. The question is whether factions are helping more wrestlers get over, or whether too many groups turn every match into the same outside-interference pattern

Factions are great when they give mid-card wrestlers a reason to matter. Not everyone can be a lone main-event hero

The problem is lazy finishes. If every faction match ends with three people running in, fans get tired quickly

I like factions when there are clear roles. Leader, heavy, talker, prospect, tag team. That makes the group feel like a unit
Football is life. Everything else is just details.

Wrestling is more fun when alliances matter, but companies need to know when to let people win on their own too
