What small luxury feels far better than it should?

Some luxuries do not need to be expensive. Fresh bedding, a quiet house, a clean mug, warm socks, finding money in an old coat, or having no plans on a rainy evening can feel absurdly rich.

The older I get, the more I think small comforts are underrated. Big treats are nice, but tiny ones are what actually carry the week.
