We all read those articles promising that one weird trick will change everything, and most of it is nonsense. But I do think small habits stack up, so I am curious what has genuinely worked for people here

For me it was leaving my phone in another room at night. Sleep improved within a week and I stopped doomscrolling at 1am. Nothing dramatic, just a boring change that stuck

So what is yours? Bonus points if it is something unusual rather than the standard drink more water advice, though honestly if drinking more water changed your life I want to hear about that too

Writing down three things I need to do tomorrow before bed. My brain stops churning and I actually sleep

Interesting, I tried that and it made me more anxious seeing the list. Maybe it depends on the person?

Walking after dinner, even ten minutes. Digestion, mood, everything got a bit better
Question everything. Especially this.

Honestly, deleting one social media app. Just one. The difference was bigger than I expected

Which one did you delete? I feel like they are not all equally bad
Not financial advice. Not medical advice. Just vibes.

Unsubscribing from every marketing email in one brutal afternoon. My inbox is now actually useful

I disagree with the phone in another room thing, I use mine as an alarm. Anyone found a workaround that does not involve buying a clock?

Buy the clock, they cost almost nothing and it genuinely works
