The interesting arguments live around the edges, some shows are only remembered as brilliant BECAUSE they died young and never got the chance to decay, the flip side of every cancelled too soon is a beloved series that ran three seasons past its natural death, and the streaming era changed the maths entirely, shows now vanish mid story because of algebra nobody outside a boardroom ever sees

The revival question deserves honest handling too, several famous cancellations eventually returned by film, revival season or another network, and the results range from vindication to proof that some things should stay buried, would you actually WANT yours back, or is the unfinished version now part of what you love
