Workspace ergonomics sound boring until your back hurts. Monitor height. Chair positioning. Keyboard tilt. Lighting. Desk depth. These seem minor until you spend eight hours in poorly arranged space. Then they become everything. Good ergonomics aren't expensive. Adjustments and rearrangement often free. Better posture reduces strain. Reduced strain means less pain. What workspace change had the biggest impact on how you feel?

Monitor height at eye level eliminated neck pain immediately. Cheap arm mount solved it

Standing desk for part of day. Movement breaks up sitting. Doesn't have to be all day

Keyboard position lower than typical desk. Reduced wrist strain noticeably

Chair investment. Cheap chair costs you in back pain. Medium quality chair pays for itself

Keyboard and mouse closer reduces shoulder tension. Elbows shouldn't reach far
