A: It feels like both. Search engines have to deal with more spam, more affiliate content and more generated pages than ever before, but users also expect perfect answers instantly.

The interesting part is that people are going back to forums, Reddit threads and specialist sites for real human answers. That says a lot about what is missing from the modern web
