Q: In a world full of subscriptions, which software still feels worth the money?

A: Software that saves time, protects data or helps someone earn money is easiest to justify. Backup tools, creative software, developer tools, password managers and good note apps can all be worth paying for.

The problem is when everything becomes a subscription, even basic utilities. Users are more willing to pay when pricing feels fair and the product keeps improving
