Has anyone found an AI tool that genuinely saves time?

The useful stuff is harder to find because there is so much noise around it.

The honest question is whether it is changing how you work or just adding a step.

Practical experience from people here is always worth more to me than what comes up on a search.

What I really want to know is what someone would do if they were starting from scratch knowing what they know now.
