Anthropic filed a confidential S-1 with the SEC on June 1, 2026, setting up what could be one of the biggest AI listings ever. The company recently raised $65 billion in a Series H round pushing its valuation to around $965 billion. Revenue run-rate reportedly hit $47 billion in May 2026, up from $9 billion at the end of 2025. Claude has also jumped to the top of app charts and is deeply embedded in Amazon Bedrock and enterprise workflows.
