WWE Raw: Carmelo Hayes joins The 946 as Je'Von Evans returns in an arm brace

The first Raw after Money in the Bank had plenty going on, and Yardbarker has a full rundown. The show opened with a four minute recap of Saturday's event. The best news was that Je'Von Evans appeared, wearing an arm brace after his frightening crash through an ambulance roof in the ladder match. He even took a Bron Breakker spear meant for Penta, which shows he is tough as nails

Penta showed off a customised briefcase reading Dinero en el Banco, which is a fun touch. Chad Gable kept the Intercontinental title by making Rey Fenix tap to the ankle lock, then later saved Fenix from a backstage attack by Ethan Page. Rey Mysterio beat Big Cass with a victory roll

Oba Femi turned down Paul Heyman's offer to become one of his guys and tossed Heyman's microphone aside. Liv Morgan was booed for saying she wants to be a two time Crown Jewel champion. Roxanne Perez beat Chelsea Green with help from Judgment Day, and Green was beaten down afterwards

The main event was a chaotic six man street fight between The 946 and The Usos with Solo Sikoa, who stood in for Roman Reigns. Wrestling Inc describes the brawl in detail, with Jaida Parker throwing the referee over the barricade and Sikoa putting Royce Keys through the commentary desk. Then a masked man stopped Sikoa's attack and revealed himself as Carmelo Hayes. He joined The 946, and the group used a crowbar to beat down The Bloodline before standing tall

Hayes joining The 946 gives the faction a big boost in credibility and star power. He has been searching for direction on the main roster, and this could be the push he needs. With Joe Hendry and JD McDonagh booked for next week, Raw has plenty of momentum heading towards Crown Jewel

Was Carmelo Hayes the right choice for The 946? And how good was it to see Je'Von Evans back so quickly?
