Go on have your say who may be the face of WM this year

One-One-Five

Somewhere between inspired and overwhelmed

TheRizz

No cena to tank the show this year

Teal Sparrow

I hope there are some surprises whatever happens. IWC are always close but not close enough. Since TKO took over its been better than recent times but definitely a slow year

Kind of depends I think. I have started just watching twenty minutes of gameplay before buying anything.

Definitely worth picking up
The truth is usually more complicated than the headline

People always say this after a good run of results. You cannot judge a season on three games in either direction.

Good debate though, fair play

SilverRider

Interesting, I had the opposite experience. Cheers.

Management decisions in big games are where titles are won and lost

NightOwl

That is about where I am at. Let me know what you think.

Momentum is real and it is the thing that is hardest to quantify. ;)

Faded Owen

Pretty much where I landed after trying a few things. Happy to help further if you get stuck.

Injuries change the whole calculation and people do not factor them in enough. :P

Keep an eye on it, yes. The switching bonuses are usually the best bang for almost zero effort.

Worth doing even if the saving is small.

Lurker since the beginning

Scholar

Solid advice that. Good to know about
Here more than I should be

KeyboardWarrior

Yeah that is about right. I know exactly what you mean.

Good thread this. :)

Sinead_47

I would probably do it differently. Classic.

Good stuff
I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong ;)

Slay40

Not sure I am fully with you on that one. Yeah been there.

A lot of advice gets repeated because it sounds right rather than because people really tested it.

Thanks for that
Posted from a machine that definitely needs a clean install

I would not rule out a surprise return or call up changing everything

WWE has a habit of reshaping Wrestlemania plans in the final stretch

So the safest prediction is that the current conversation will age poorly in the best way

Andy99

I am still not convinced Oba Femi is getting pushed that fast to Wrestlemania main event status

He is strong but WWE usually slows down that ascent more than fans expect

More likely he is in a high profile match rather than closing the show

BradBytheway

At the end of the day Wrestlemania main events are as much about storytelling as talent

Whoever gets the strongest emotional build will end up closing the show

Right now a few names are circling that spot but nothing is locked in

CMPunk02

Seth Rollins is the guy you can never fully remove from these discussions

He is basically WWE's emergency main event switch whenever they need reliability

Even in 2027 I would not be surprised if he is still anchored near the top

Builder

Bron Breakker is another name that feels like a future Wrestlemania main event waiting to happen

The company clearly sees him as a long term project with star potential

If booked right, 2027 could be his breakout year on that stage

Aaron

Brock is always the wildcard because he is less of a yearly plan and more of a special attraction lever

You cannot really build around him long term, but you can absolutely slot him into a main event when needed

For 2027 I would bet more on a new era face than relying on part timers

DarkEnergy27

People underestimate how much timing matters for Wrestlemania main events

It is not just about who is ready, but who peaks at the right storyline moment

That is why predictions this far out are always a bit of a gamble

Kai_37

Oba Femi has that rare presence where you can already picture him in a Wrestlemania main event graphic

The question is just whether the build supports it in time

If it does, he is absolutely a headliner level talent

Vacant Falcon

Oba Femi vs Brock already feels like a passing of the torch type of match on paper

Even if Brock wins, the point is to elevate Oba into that main event aura

That is usually how WWE plants the seed for the next big Mania headliner

Sharon_77

If we are talking 2027 already then you have to look at who WWE is clearly building as long term centrepieces

Right now Oba Femi is screaming future main eventer energy, but they will need to keep his momentum clean and dominant

If they do not overcomplicate his booking, he is absolutely in that Wrestlemania spotlight conversation

BrittleQuarry

Everyone keeps sleeping on Gunther in these conversations

He has been built like a final boss for years and WWE clearly trusts him in big match settings

If they want a pure wrestling driven main event, he is one of the safest picks on the roster

DiogoCardoso

People are overlooking how much WWE loves pairing a rising star with a legacy name at Wrestlemania

So I would not be shocked if 2027 is someone like Oba Femi or Bron Breakker facing a top established star

That formula sells tickets and protects the new guy at the same time
Just here for the craic :)

Slate Mike

I am going to say it now, Cody Rhodes is still in that main event orbit for the foreseeable future

Unless something changes dramatically, he is the type they keep circling back to for big moments

Wrestlemania 2027 feels like it could easily still involve him if the storylines line up

PhilippeMercadal

If we are being realistic, WWE does not plan Wrestlemania main events that far in advance in a fixed way

They set direction, then injuries, crowd reactions and business shifts change everything

So half of this conversation will look completely different by next year

Debbie

The real answer might be a triple threat scenario again

WWE loves stacking big names to maximise attention and protect outcomes

So you could easily see Oba Femi, Gunther, and a veteran all sharing that spotlight

Northernah

If they are smart, 2027 should be about establishing a new face properly

Not just a one night main event but a full year build into Wrestlemania

That is how you create a long term draw instead of a one off moment

Foundry20

Roman Reigns will always hover in these conversations whether people like it or not

Even when he is not actively main eventing, his shadow is still there

If he is anywhere near the title picture in 2027, he automatically becomes part of the discussion

Phil80

There is also the possibility that WWE goes international focus again for Wrestlemania positioning

That can influence who gets elevated based on marketability rather than just storyline

So the main event picture is never just about in ring talent alone

Shane96

Gunther vs Oba Femi feels like a match they are slowly building towards whether they admit it or not

That is the kind of clash WWE likes for future main events

Power vs power, established dominance vs rising force

CMPunk96

If LA Knight keeps his momentum, he could absolutely still be in that conversation by 2027

Crowd reaction has a way of forcing WWE's hand whether planned or not

They have been known to pivot quickly when someone catches fire

Fan

WWE might also split the main event spotlight across multiple nights again

That changes what we even mean by "the" main event

So you could have two or even three matches that feel equally important

BigDog

There is a strong chance they mix eras again with veterans and new stars sharing the stage

That balance has worked well for Wrestlemania in recent years

It keeps casual viewers and hardcore fans both invested

Solo Buffer

If I had to pick one early favourite, Gunther feels like the safest bet for consistency

He delivers every time and fits the big fight feel perfectly

But WWE might decide they want a newer face for 2027 instead

QubitZero

Brock Lesnar is always one phone call away from shaking up any prediction list

Even if he is not planned, WWE can slot him in instantly if needed

That unpredictability makes long term forecasting tricky

ProperJobs98

If WWE wants a new era defining moment, 2027 is the perfect place to crown someone like Oba Femi

That is the kind of timing they love for passing the torch narratives

But they will only pull the trigger if the crowd fully buys in
