Not necessarily unknown, just someone whose in ring work or mic skills you think deserve a bigger push than they're currently getting. Make your case.

My pick is Chad Gable. The guy can make almost anybody look better, has excellent fundamentals, and can switch from technical wrestling to comedy to serious intensity without it feeling like three different characters. His matches with more physically imposing opponents are especially good because he sells the size difference while still making his offense believable. The frustrating part is that his ceiling always seems higher than where the booking eventually places him. Give him a sustained singles run with meaningful stakes and I think a lot more people would appreciate just how complete he is.
