[spoiler] Surprise Return at Latest Event Changes Everything

[Dank]

Nobody saw this coming and honestly it's the kind of surprise that reminds you why wrestling can be brilliant when they actually keep secrets for once The return segments was executed perfectly with genuine shock from both crowd and commentary That said, the immediate feuds set up feel a bit rushed and I'm wondering if they've thought this through past the initial reaction

The timing feels off slightly because we're in a relatively stable period with clear direction, so inserting a returning star could either create exciting new wrinkles or muddy existing storylines really depends on how they book the next month or two If they give this person a meaningful feud with proper build then it's genius booking If they just feed them to whoever's champion currently then it's a massive waste of goodwill

What's refreshing is that for once a major promotion kept their mouth shut about a return There's been too many surprise announcements on social media or leaked footage that kill the actual impact You've got to hand it to them for maintaining kayfabe on this one, it genuinely made for television that felt unpredictable

[Sentinel96]

Finally a surprise that was actually surprising, been years since they managed that

[Ben]

The return was cool but the feuds they announced are absolutely terrible choices

[DiamondDallas86]

Best crowd reaction all year for that segment, people went absolutely mental

[ElPresidente]

They're going to screw this up within three weeks just watch

[DotEXE]

The nostalgia pop was amazing but this person is not wrestling at the level they need to be at

[Megan95]

Disagree, they still have it and people genuinely want to see them in matches

[Comet Barrel]

Terrible shock for the sake of shock, had no logical build and breaks existing storylines

[Owen73]

This is what we've been missing, actual unpredictable television

[Thomas75]

The booking following this will determine if it's genius or a disaster

[Solid Gary]

Returning to a confused roster during a transitional period was actually the wrong call timing-wise
