Money in the Bank went ahead in New Orleans on Saturday, despite the hurricane worries we discussed earlier in the week. Yahoo Sports has a good rundown of the whole card. Penta won the men's ladder match, Tiffany Stratton won the women's ladder match and Roman Reigns kept the World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight. Liv Morgan also regained the Women's World title, which has its own thread

Penta's win was the highlight for many fans. He beat CM Punk, Kevin Owens, Bron Breakker, Je'Von Evans and Trick Williams, finishing with a Mexican Destroyer on Breakker on top of a ladder before pulling down the briefcase. Forbes called Breakker the standout performer, with spears all over the place, including a double spear through the barricade. Punk and Owens spent much of the match cancelling each other out, which suggests their feud is far from over

The women's ladder match went to Tiffany Stratton, her second briefcase, after she knocked Lash Legend off a ladder. Yahoo's Raj Prashad felt WWE played it safe, rather than making a new star of Sol Ruca, Roxanne Perez or Jacy Jayne. Stratton is a proven performer with the briefcase, though. She knows how to make a cash in moment count

In the main event, Reigns beat Knight after two Superman Punches and a spear. Knight kicked out of several finishers and gave it everything. Afterwards The 946 appeared and brawled with The Bloodline. Prashad praised Reigns's in ring work this year but questioned the predictable booking, wondering whether Knight will ever get his overdue title run

Elsewhere, Oba Femi beat Bronson Reed with a Fall From Grace. Prashad called Femi a made star who has already arrived rather than someone still on the way. The show also had a worrying moment when Je'Von Evans was hurt in the ladder match, which we will cover separately. Overall, it looked like a strong night with a few debatable booking choices

Were you happy with Penta and Stratton winning? And should LA Knight have finally won the big one?
