Queen Aminata wins the TBS title from Persephone on AEW Fright Night Dynamite

Queen Aminata finally has AEW gold. POST Wrestling reports that Aminata beat Persephone to win the TBS Championship on Fright Night Dynamite at the Chaifetz Arena in St Louis

She survived a belt shot to the head from Britt Baker at ringside and won with her Off With Her Head kick. It was her sixth TBS title shot since 2024 and her first title in AEW, and members of the roster ran out to celebrate with her

Persephone's reign, which began on the All In pre-show at Wembley, ended after 60 days

In the co-main event, Darby Allin kept the TNT Championship with a sudden roll up on Josh Alexander of the Don Callis Family. A brawl between the Callis Family and Steven Borden broke out at ringside. Allin will face Hechicero at CMLL in Mexico City on Friday

Aminata winning a title after so many near misses is a feel good moment, and the roster celebrating with her shows how popular she is backstage. Allin's surprise roll up keeps the Callis Family story bubbling. It sounds like a strong Halloween themed show

Did Aminata deserve her title win? And who should challenge her first?
