WWE's women's division looks like a good discussion point right now, especially after Rhea Ripley beat Jade Cargill for the WWE Women's Championship at WrestleMania 42 and Jacy Jayne picked up a major SmackDown win over Charlotte Flair. The interesting question is whether WWE can keep several women feeling important at once rather than relying on one or two headline names. A strong division needs champions, factions, grudges, mid-card stories, and fresh challengers who actually get protected.

Rhea Ripley still feels like the centrepiece, but Jacy Jayne beating Charlotte is the kind of result that makes people pay attention.

The danger is always stop-start booking. WWE can make someone look huge for two weeks, then forget the follow-up.

I like factions in the women's division if they create more storylines rather than just giving everyone the same interference finish.

Jade Cargill, Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Jacy Jayne all being active around the top end gives WWE plenty to work with.
