One habit that needs work is comparing my progress with other people. Social media makes it incredibly easy to see someone's highlight reel and compare it to your ordinary Tuesday.

The comparison is rarely fair because you never see the full picture.

Focusing on small improvements instead of dramatic changes has made things much more manageable.
