Escalators. Not stairs, not elevators, specifically escalators, something about the moving mechanical teeth at the bottom genuinely unnerves me every single time regardless of how many thousand times I've used one without incident

Everyone's got that one specific, oddly narrow fear that doesn't really make logical sense but is completely real to your nervous system regardless of the actual statistics involved

Not looking for the big universal ones like heights or spiders necessarily, more curious about the genuinely weird and specific one that you know is irrational but can't actually shake
