What's a completely mundane adult task you've somehow never learned to do

I'm thirty four years old and I genuinely do not know how to parallel park with any confidence, twenty years of driving and I just circle the block looking for a spot with more room instead

There has to be a name for this phenomenon, some ordinary task that everyone assumes you picked up along the way, and somehow you just never did, no dramatic reason, it just never came up until suddenly it's embarrassing to admit

Ironing is another one for me honestly, I own an iron, I've used it maybe four times total, my solution is just hanging things carefully and hoping for the best

Parallel parking is such a common one, I think half the reason is nobody actually teaches it properly, driving instructors rush through it and then you just avoid it forever afterward
