Early morning wins for me. There is something about that first cup of tea when the world is still quiet and nobody needs anything from you yet. The emails have not started, the phone is behaving, and even the birds seem less demanding.

Late evening is the best. Once everything is done, there is a little pocket of peace where you can watch something, read, or just sit there pretending you are not thinking about tomorrow.

Definitely the hour just after waking up on a weekend. No alarm, no rushing, just that wonderful moment where you remember you have nowhere to be. It is basically a luxury hotel feeling without the hotel bill.

I am going to be the odd one out and say lunchtime. Everyone loves mornings and evenings, but lunch is when the day gets a reset button. A good meal can completely change the mood.
