What is something you only appreciate now you are older?

A lot of things seem boring when you are younger, then slowly become luxurious. A quiet evening, decent storage, reliable shoes, a good night's sleep, a sensible coat, or not having plans can become strangely exciting.

Growing older changes the scoreboard. The things that once seemed dull start looking like wisdom in disguise.
