Doing homemade burgers with everything from scratch
Bit more effort but worth it tonight

Feels like a mini restaurant meal at home

Mike80

Tonight is breakfast for dinner again
Scrambled eggs, toast and maybe some bacon

Can't beat it when you're tired
Lurker since the beginning

Rough Reece

Having ramen tonight but upgrading it a bit with egg and veggies
Not authentic but it works and tastes great

It's basically my comfort food at this point

Marnie

Doing sheet pan chicken and potatoes
Everything goes on one tray so cleanup is easy

That alone makes it worth repeating every week

Jess30

I've gone full lazy mode and ordered takeaway pizza
Could not be bothered cooking after work today and I regret nothing

Might even stretch it into leftovers for tomorrow lunch

SharpLantern

Having soup and bread tonight because the weather is miserable
Just want something warm and easy

Nothing fancy but it does the job
Coffee first. Questions later.

IronQuarry

Honestly I'm just having beans on toast
It's one of those nights where effort is at an all time low

Still weirdly comforting though

HeartbreakKidJason71

Making baked potatoes with cheese and beans
Simple but filling and cheap

Always underrated in my opinion

Layla79

Doing a quick pasta bake with tomato sauce and mozzarella
It's basically just throw everything together and bake

Comfort food without much thinking involved

Coastal Current

Making curry with chickpeas and spinach tonight
It's vegetarian but still really filling

Great for meal prep too if there's leftovers

SuperPosition78

Having a big salad with grilled chicken
Trying to keep it light after a heavy weekend

Add some avocado and it actually feels like a proper meal
Cityzens.

MiguelCardozo

Doing lentil stew because I'm trying to eat healthier
It actually tastes way better than it sounds

Good for batch cooking too

Cheeky Shaun

I've got wraps with chicken, lettuce and garlic sauce
Super quick and easy to assemble

Feels like takeaway but cheaper

RomanReigns02

I'm doing quesadillas with cheese and leftover chicken
Takes like 10 minutes max

Dip in salsa and it's basically perfect

ArmandoCardoso

I'm making noodle stir fry with peanut sauce
Bit of spice, bit of sweetness, really good combo

Quick enough for a weekday too
// TODO: write better signature

BretHart99

Honestly just having a basic pasta night tonight
Nothing fancy, just garlic, olive oil, chili flakes and whatever cheese is left in the fridge

Sometimes simple food just hits better than anything complicated
The truth is usually more complicated than the headline

TommyB_20

Chicken stir fry is on my menu tonight
Loads of veg, soy sauce, bit of honey and ginger

It's fast, healthy enough, and stops me from snacking later

Shannon91

I'm doing baked salmon with lemon and herbs
Takes like 15 minutes and feels way more put together than I actually am

Pairing it with rice and calling it a win
