Marvel has released one last trailer for VisionQuest, the series that wraps up the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along. Paul Bettany returns as Vision, and James Spader is back as Ultron, this time in human form. The show premieres on Disney+ on October 14 with a two episode opening, out of eight episodes in total. It is reported to be the last new live action Marvel series currently on the schedule

The premise sees Vision in hiding after escaping people who wanted to turn him into a weapon. He searches for meaning by consulting AI personas inside his own programming, including Friday, Edith, Jarvis and Ultron. A bounty forces him on the run alongside Thomas Shepard, a mysterious boy who may be linked to Vision's past. Fans will recognise Tommy as one of Wanda's twins from WandaVision

The trailer has plenty for fans to pick apart. Vision appears to walk into an ambush at a front desk, and Tommy shows off his super speed. There is a lovely moment with a wooden heart carved with W+V, and a red hooded figure with glowing eyes that could be Wanda, a double or Jocasta. Ultron hints that his plans for humanity have not changed at all. Fans have already started building theories online

The supporting cast includes Ruaridh Mollica as Tommy, along with Todd Stashwick, Orla Brady, Emily Hampshire and James D'Arcy. James D'Arcy is a nice touch for fans of Agent Carter, where he played Jarvis. The idea of Vision talking to the AI voices of the MCU's past is also a clever way to tie the whole saga together. Marvel seems to have put real effort into the casting

WandaVision was one of Marvel's best received shows, so expectations are high. Are you looking forward to it? And who do you think the hooded figure is?
