A lot of new streaming films and series look polished, but I sometimes struggle to remember them a week later. They have the right lighting, the right music, the right poster, and somehow very little personality.

Maybe the problem is volume. When platforms need constant new content, everything starts to feel slightly shaped by the same invisible machine.

Do you think streaming originals are becoming too similar, or are we just spoiled because there is so much available?

There is definitely a house style now, especially with thrillers and mysteries

I think there is still good stuff, but you have to dig through a lot of forgettable releases

Streaming films often feel like they were made to be half watched while people use their phones

The best originals are usually the ones that feel like someone had a clear vision

I do think we are spoiled, but that does not mean all the content is memorable
