Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang told attendees at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference that his company remains confident in 70 percent year-over-year revenue growth for next year, doubling down on guidance first given last month. Analysts expect Nvidia to end its current fiscal year around 400 billion dollars in revenue, meaning 70 percent growth would push that figure toward roughly 680 billion dollars. Huang emphasized the sheer physical scale of what the company actually ships, describing a single fully connected GPU system as costing 8.5 million dollars, containing 2 million parts and drawing 250,000 kilowatts, adding you need airplanes to ship what we build

Huang's confidence rests on Nvidia's position across the entire AI ecosystem, saying Nvidia runs every model, every single lab can use us, and naming Anthropic, OpenAI and Google specifically alongside open-weight models as customers. He said orders for one flagship system combining 36 Grace CPUs with 72 Blackwell GPUs are growing 27 percent month-to-month, and that Nvidia tracks every single gigawatt of land, power and data center shell space being planned worldwide, giving him visibility into demand most competitors lack

Addressing persistent investor concerns about circular financing, where Nvidia invests in AI companies that then buy back its own chips, Huang pushed back directly, saying any company Nvidia invests in must generate real contracts with paying customers, citing roughly 100 billion dollars in such verified deals and joking that if putting in a dollar and getting a hundred back counts as circular, he'd like to do more of it. Curious what people think about this specific growth forecast, does Nvidia's genuinely unmatched visibility across the whole AI supply chain justify this level of confidence, or does concentrating this much of the industry's fortunes in one company's forecast carry its own systemic risk
