How would you actually redesign the homepage of this forum if you had complete control for a day

[EventHorizon]

Should we prioritize showing recent activity across all followed boards on one page rather than requiring separate visits to each board individually

[Freddie]

I would add a personalized activity feed showing new replies specifically in threads I've already participated in

[Quasar Vulture]

Would prioritize surfacing active discussions over just newest posts, currently a lot of dead threads clutter the initial view

[QueueDay]

Would add a better visual distinction between boards, currently it takes real effort to quickly tell them apart at a glance

[Ethan93]

Simplify the whole navigation considerably, currently takes more clicks than necessary to actually reach a specific board from the homepage

[Louise74]

I would encourage you to add an useful quick post feature directly from the homepage for shorter topics that don't need extensive planning

[Gateway Warden]

Would highlight helpful pinned resources more prominently, currently they're easy to miss buried among regular discussion threads

[Outlaw92]

Would include a trending topics section highlighting what gets the most engagement across the whole forum right now
