Everyone knows Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Z. Looking for the ones that are not obvious. Cross-platform is fine, Windows, Mac or Linux specific is fine too. Browser, OS, or specific app shortcuts all welcome. What is the one that makes people say 'how did you do that' when they see it?
