Worked for me too. Most people just accept the standard rate and wonder why they are not getting ahead.

That tends to work on clean installs but real machines are messier. Worth ruling out the simple stuff before going further.

Should sort it if the basics are fine.

Not fully convinced by that part of it. Start there and see if it makes a difference.
