Sky Sports has the full round up from night two of the World Grand Prix, including the matches that were still going when we discussed it earlier. Luke Humphries beat Dave Chisnall 2-0, but it was far from pretty. He averaged just 80.41 and hit only 26 percent of his doubles, while Chisnall missed a big chance when he bust his score. Humphries finished it on double four and appeared to have words with a spectator afterwards. He faces Jermaine Wattimena in round two

Stephen Bunting beat Andrew Gilding 2-1 in a competitive match and now plays James Wade. Wade had a dramatic night of his own, coming from a set down to beat Joe Cullen and surviving six missed match darts before finally landing double ten. That will be a fascinating second round tie between two very experienced players

The other results have more detail too. Josh Rock produced some brilliant darts, including a 180 followed by a 151 checkout, but Niels Zonneveld hit three ton plus finishes in the deciding set to knock him out. Gary Anderson won the final set 3-0 with a 110 average to beat Damon Heta, whose run of first round exits now stands at six. Gian van Veen beat Dirk van Duijvenbode 2-0 for his first win at this stage of the event

Ryan Searle got through after William O'Connor missed four match darts, and Chris Dobey went out in the first round for the third year running, averaging just 80 against Wattimena. The double start keeps producing missed chances and nervy finishes, which makes for great television even if the standard is up and down. Dobey will be hoping for better luck next year

Humphries getting through on an 80 average shows that in this format winning ugly still counts. Who looks best placed now? And is Wade against Bunting the tie of the second round?

Dobey's third straight first round exit here suggests a mental block. An 80 average is well below his normal level

Something about this event just does not click for him. He will be glad to see the back of Leicester
