Dana White's Contender Series wrapped up its tenth season in Las Vegas, with four fighters earning UFC contracts. Sherdog reports that it was a lively night at the Meta Apex, including one decision where White was outvoted by his own matchmaker

Gregory Foster, now 9-1, beat Jason Asher by unanimous decision after a fight in which both men scored a knockdown. Middleweight Douglas Lapa, 7-0, stopped Davi Cabral in the third round. White briefly said Lapa was 34 before correcting himself, because Lapa is 27

Welterweight Luis Francischinelli, 7-1, dropped William Rentz with a left hook and finished him in the first round. It was the kind of quick, clean finish that tends to impress White

The most interesting decision involved Smilla Sundell, who is only 21. She beat Aline Pereira, the sister of Alex Pereira, by unanimous decision. White wanted Sundell to gain more experience before joining the UFC, but matchmaker Mick Maynard overruled him and gave her a contract

The headliner, Erick Visconde, won a grappling heavy decision over Ilias Bulaid but was booed by the crowd and did not earn a deal. The Contender Series has always rewarded excitement as much as wins, and that remains its biggest strength and its most debated feature

Which of the new signings are you most excited to see? And should a win be enough to earn a contract?
