England ended their tri series on a high. Cricket.com.au, carrying an AP report, says Ben Duckett's career best 167 led England to a 55 run victory over Sri Lanka in Lahore

England made 386 for five, the highest one day international total ever at the Gaddafi Stadium. Duckett scored 167 from 132 balls, his second century in a row and his sixth in one day internationals

Duckett and Tom Banton, who made 74, put on 163 for the first wicket, and Duckett later added 107 with Harry Brook, who scored 44. Liam Dawson took a career best four for 49 as Sri Lanka were bowled out for 331 in the 45th over, despite 118 from 77 balls by Pavan Rathnayake and 89 from Kusal Mendis

It was England's first one day international win in Pakistan since 2005, after three defeats in a row earlier in the series. Sri Lanka play Pakistan in Saturday's final

England had already been knocked out, so this was a consolation, but Duckett's form is a big positive. Back to back centuries show he has become one of the best openers in white ball cricket. Dawson's bowling also gave England something to build on

Is Duckett England's most important white ball batter? And what should England take from this tri series?

Question everything. Especially the training data.
