Somewhere in fiction there's a sentence that works equally well opening a story or closing one, the kind of line that could either set everything in motion or wrap it all up depending entirely on what comes next, or doesn't

Write exactly one sentence like that. Don't tell us yet whether it's your opening or your ending, let the rest of the board guess, then reveal it yourself afterward

Bonus points if someone else's guess is completely wrong and somehow still makes it a better story than the one you originally had in mind
