Yes, and there is more to it too. It is the kind of thing that rewards sitting with it rather than reacting immediately.

That is actually one of the clearer explanations I have seen. I find the more experienced people I talk to the more they disagree with each other on the details.

I will dig into that further.

The timeline estimates keep getting revised and nobody seems to want to admit why.
