CNM bootcamp graduates are getting hired at quantum companies over PhDs. Why would companies prefer technicians without advanced training?

Job match is different. PhD is trained for research novel discovery. Technician bootcamp trains for building testing troubleshooting systems. Right tool for right job

PhD might be overqualified and underutilized. You don't need person with years of advanced theory to run existing quantum systems. That's waste of talent and salary expense
