Copenhagen gets taught first so most people default to it without ever seriously considering Many Worlds, pilot wave theory, or objective collapse models, curious what people land on after actually comparing them

Many Worlds appeals to me because it doesn't require an unexplained collapse mechanism at all, the wave function just keeps evolving and branching, the price is accepting an enormous number of unobservable universes

Copenhagen still works for me practically, I use quantum mechanics for calculations daily and the interpretation question doesn't change a single number I compute

Pilot wave theory appeals to me because it keeps a deterministic underlying reality, the particle always has a real position, the wave just guides it, no observer dependent collapse required

None of them fully satisfy me honestly, each one solves the measurement problem by introducing something equally strange, unobservable universes, nonlocal hidden variables, or a fundamental unexplained collapse

I lean toward objective collapse models specifically because they make falsifiable predictions that differ from standard quantum mechanics at large scales, that's the only interpretation category that isn't purely philosophical
