Whether it is a family member, a colleague who heard about Microsoft Majorana 2, or someone trying to understand why quantum threatens Bitcoin, most of us have had to explain quantum computing to someone without background in it.

Some analogies work better than others. The classic superposition-as-spinning-coin is overused and not quite right. What has actually worked for you?
