Let's have a bit of fun on the quantum board. The challenge is simple. Explain your job or a favourite hobby using only quantum physics metaphors. Superposition, entanglement, decoherence, tunnelling, uncertainty and measurement are all fair game

For example, my job involves a lot of emails that exist in a superposition of answered and unanswered until my manager observes my inbox. My lunch break decoheres the moment someone asks a question. And my to do list obeys the uncertainty principle, since the more precisely I know what I need to do, the less I know when it will get done

It does not have to be scientifically accurate, as long as it is funny or clever. Bonus points if you manage to work in Schrodinger's cat, quantum tunnelling or the observer effect. People who work in actual quantum research are banned from making it sound too sensible

Hobbies count too. Gardening, gaming, darts, knitting and fishing all have quantum potential if you look hard enough. Even wrestling probably has an entangled tag team somewhere

Have a go, and let's see who comes up with the best one
