Quantum sensors may become one of the most useful quantum technologies before large quantum computers arrive. Because they can measure tiny changes very precisely, they could improve medical imaging, brain scanning, diagnostics, and research tools. Better measurement does not sound as dramatic as a breakthrough cure, but seeing problems earlier and more clearly can be the first step toward better treatment

This is a really hopeful quantum topic. Earlier detection can save lives even when the treatment itself has not changed

Quantum sensors feel more believable in the near term than a giant codebreaking quantum computer

Better imaging is one of those quiet improvements that could affect a lot of people without making flashy headlines

I like that this widens the forum beyond QDay. Quantum technology has a lot of positive paths too
