Physical every time, single player mostly, hard mode or nothing, keyboard and mouse without question
Digital for convenience, co-op when the game allows it, normal difficulty because I have a job, controller on console and mouse on PC, no shame in switching
Physical for anything I actually love, single player as a default, story mode because I'm here for the plot not the punishment
