Starting again with A is honestly the cleanest reset we could ask for. I'm throwing in "Africa" by Toto to kick things off, mainly because it feels like the unofficial default answer whenever anyone says A in music games. Not complaining though, it's a solid track and probably already stuck in someone's head now. Let's see if we can keep this round going without someone instantly jumping ahead to Z again.
"Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. Starting with B and going big straight away. Hard to beat a song that can turn a room full of people into an accidental choir :)
"Come Together" by The Beatles. C is another strong letter, and this one has that strange groove that never really gets old.
"Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey. A predictable pick maybe, but some songs become classics because everyone keeps coming back to them.
"Everlong" by Foo Fighters. E had plenty of options, but this one still feels like a perfect mix of emotion and energy.
"Free Fallin'" by Tom Petty. Simple, memorable, and one of those songs where the first few seconds set the whole mood.
"Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac. Great guitar work and a bit of drama behind the scenes too, which makes the story even better.
"Hotel California" by Eagles. H was never going to be easy. That guitar outro alone earns its place.
"Imagine" by John Lennon. A famous choice, but it remains one of the most discussed songs whenever lists like this appear.
"Just Like Heaven" by The Cure. J does not always get enough love, so this is a nice excuse to bring in some alternative classics.
"Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin. A huge sounding track that feels almost cinematic. Perfect for the K slot.
"Like a Rolling Stone" by Bob Dylan. L has loads of contenders, but this one changed what a rock song could be.
"Mr. Brightside" by The Killers. The song that refuses to leave every party playlist. M has been claimed ;D
"Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica. A softer side of the band, and proof that metal can have plenty of emotion too.
"One" by U2. O is tricky, but this track has the kind of staying power that makes it an easy choice.
"Purple Rain" by Prince. P is stacked with possibilities, but Prince makes this one hard to ignore.
"Queen of Hearts" by Juice Newton. A slightly different direction after Prince, but a fun country-pop choice.
"Rocket Man" by Elton John. R has plenty of classics, and this one still feels timeless.
"Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana. S could probably have its own separate game with how many options exist.
"Take On Me" by a-ha. The video is legendary, but the song itself is what keeps people coming back.
"Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie. U does not get many obvious picks, so this one fits perfectly.
"Viva La Vida" by Coldplay. A big dramatic track with one of those melodies that gets stuck in your head.
"Wonderwall" by Oasis. Ending this run at W with a song that has probably been played on millions of guitars by beginners everywhere :)
