But a mess of chemicals
A curiosity of bonds
To keep us together
But broken by dullness
And ends forever
I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong ;)

HeartbreakKidOscar97

Not very ? valentines approriate . Haha

Quanta

Factually not wrong . I take it you are still single?

Northernah

Give us another .

Grover26

Rhyme a little off but you are getting better

Beth3.0

That is exactly the lesson I learned. Measure twice and all that, but also factor in that it always takes longer than you think.

Let us know how it turns out

VB

Yeah that sounds about right. Let me know what you think
The truth is usually more complicated than the headline

VidiTechnica

Cheers for that. Good thread this. :P
Be excellent to each other

I would do the prep differently. Turned out alright when I did it. ;)

Couldn't agree more. Thanks for that

Steady Dylan

Fair point, that is a better way of looking at it. Good to know, thanks

DecentBloke

That actually makes sense to me. Worth reading more about this. 8)

Faded Owen

That lines up with what I have been seeing. Worth trying before anything more drastic

CodyRhodes99

I might be wrong but I thought it worked differently. Might have to look into that more

Ridge

That is the obvious answer but not always the right one. Worked for me at least
sudo make me a sandwich

NatureBoy86

I got to the same conclusion a different way but yes. Happy to help further if you get stuck

WaveFunction34

Agree completely, preparation is everything. I find the YouTube tutorials are better than any written guide for the tricky bits.

Take your time with it and it will come out well

That is pretty much it. Good shout.

Good stuff

There is also a difference between love as a feeling and love as a decision

Feelings come and go, but decisions shape how people treat each other when the feeling is not at its peak

That distinction matters more than most people realise

Weary Renegade

I think love changes depending on where you are in life

When you are younger it feels intense and all consuming, later it becomes quieter and more stable

Same word, different experience entirely
Still figuring it all out

Sequence87

If love is just chemicals then so is everything else we care about, including motivation and trust

That does not really make it less real though

If anything it makes it more interesting that something biological can feel so meaningful

Beth

Love is one of those things everyone tries to define but nobody fully agrees on

Some people lean on science and call it chemistry and bonding, others treat it like a story you build with someone over time

Maybe the messy part is exactly why it matters so much

ECWAlex98

I like the idea that love is less of a single feeling and more of a collection of habits

The way someone checks in on you, remembers small details, shows up when it is inconvenient

It is not always dramatic, but it builds something solid over time

Finley

People overcomplicate love by trying to rank it or define it too neatly

Sometimes it is just liking someone enough to put up with their weird habits and still choose them tomorrow

Not very poetic, but very honest

GreenEcho

Honestly I do not think love needs a perfect definition at all

The moment you try to lock it into a formula you lose the parts that make it human

It is probably better described than defined
