Been sitting on this one for a while.

The house at ten is a specific thing.
The quieter version of itself.
The lights down low, the mugs washed.
The day filed on whatever shelf

days go to when they are over.
I sit in it for a while.
I am not doing anything useful.
I am just acknowledging the mile.
