From me to you in Lego form

One-One-Five

Haha. ? not sure what to make of that

Myles

A Lego hearts . Is that because it will be in pieces by morning haha

Q

I have one to build. Better than flowers

RedKnight

You do realise the history of Valentine's Day ?
Red Devils for life.

TheRizz

Makes sense to me. Good stuff

Jarvis

Agree completely, preparation is everything. I ended up learning the hard way that the simple route is often better.

Should be fine if you take your time

Scholar

Completely agree with that. The best deals are usually the ones that do not get advertised loudly.

Worth doing even if the saving is small
Here more than I should be

HitmanMatt53

There is something right about that. Sometimes the value is in the details people nearly leave out.

Worth a longer look

Pretty much where I landed after trying a few things. That is the sensible starting point
RTFM and then ask

I thought that at first but it changed after a few hours. Can't really go wrong with it

I thought that at first but it changed after a few hours. The price matters more than it used to, I am much more selective about what I buy full price.

Still playing it tbh

Feels like the right read on it. Most people form opinions on things like this before the full picture is available.

Worth watching closely
First post best post

Makes sense to me. Useful to know
I read every reply. Even the bad ones.

Okay that makes more sense than what I had in my head. I find it helps to look at a specific example rather than the general explanation.

That helps a lot actually
Posted from a machine that definitely needs a clean install

VoidSentinel

Really like that take on it. There is a lot more to say about this
Somewhere between inspired and overwhelmed

That is actually a solid upgrade over a real rose because Lego flowers survive longer than about three dramatic days in a vase

Also there is something weirdly wholesome about somebody sitting there assembling romance brick by brick

Happy Valentines to everyone whether you got flowers, Lego, snacks, or just aggressively ignored the whole thing

Brad79

Not going to lie, if somebody handed me a Lego rose I would remember that longer than an actual one

Real flowers are lovely but they quietly turn into a science experiment after a week

Bonus points if the petals can be rebuilt after being knocked off the shelf because that feels symbolic somehow

DiogoCardoso

This made me laugh because it feels unexpectedly practical

Flowers say romance, Lego says romance plus optional assembly and long term storage

Hope everyone had a decent day regardless of plans though. Even if your valentine was just making a cup of tea and not answering emails for ten minutes
Just here for the craic :)
