Wanted real recommendations not algorithm suggestions.

Real answers from people here are usually more useful than search results.

I am not after the textbook answer - more interested in what people would actually do in practice.

What usually helps is the little details people only mention after they have actually tried something.

Curious how others are approaching it.

Kind of depends I think. Multiplayer games live or die on whether the people you play with are decent.

Can't really go wrong with it. :D

The initial reporting on this was all over the place. It is worth looking at who benefits from a particular framing before accepting it.

I will keep following it.

That is how I do it and it works. Good to know about.
Opinions are my own. Obviously.

I had been looking at it the wrong way I think. I will dig into that further. :)

That is the sensible route. The part people always underestimate is the finishing, not the main job.

That is worth it, agreed. I have found that the biggest savings come from the boring stuff nobody wants to do.

I will keep an eye on it. :P

Agree with that, same experience here. Nine times out of ten it is something boring like a driver or a startup item rather than the hardware itself.

That is the sensible starting point. :)
