Ticket prices have gotten genuinely absurd the last few years, and I'm curious whether people still think the actual experience justifies it or whether we've collectively just accepted a bad deal at this point

Not asking whether you'll still go, most of us probably will regardless, more curious about the honest math people are doing in their heads now compared to a decade ago
Football is life. Everything else is just details.

Genuinely feels out of hand now, between fees and resale markups a single show can cost what an entire weekend trip used to cost a few years back

Still think it's worth it purely for the memory itself, I've never regretted a concert afterward even the expensive ones

I've shifted almost entirely to smaller venue shows now, the arena experience stopped feeling worth the actual price for what you get in return

Resale markets are honestly the real problem here, the actual face value isn't even the issue anymore, it's scalpers inflating everything before real fans even get a fair shot

The fee structure specifically is what actually bothers me, the base ticket price is bad enough and then service fees tack on another huge chunk on top
